President Lee is the only Korean on this list this year.
She jumps up 4 spots from 89th to 85th last year.
European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen was named the most influential woman this year.
European Central Bank (ECB) President Christine Lagarde, US Vice President Kamala Harris, General Motors (GM) Chairman Mary Barra, and US Fidelity Investments CEO Abigail Johnson followed.
Taiwanese President Tsai Ing-wen was ranked 17th, the highest ranking among Asian women.
Also, pop star Taylor Swift ranked 79th, and Honduras' first female president, Siomara Castro, ranked 94th.
