Experts from the International Atomic Energy Agency are set to arrive in Ukraine “shortly,” foreign minister Dmytro Kuleba tweeted on Tuesday, as Kyiv attempts to head off unsubstantiated claims from the Kremlin about a so-called “dirty bomb” plot. Russia will raise the issue to the United Nations Security Council on Tuesday, according to Reuters.
